Introduction
The People's Transition for Enniscorthy is a community-led project that is seeking to understand the needs of people living in Enniscorthy and to then develop future solutions that will benefit both the community and the environment. The People's Transition project is managed by TASC and supported by AIB. Over the next three years, TASC will engage with 30 communities across the island of Ireland to support community-led development for climate justice. Enniscorthy is the first of these 30 communities.
You are hereby invited to complete this short survey - it will only take 10 minutes of your time. We welcome responses from anyone living in Enniscorthy. All responses will be kept anonymous and will not be identified to the respondent.
This survey complements a series of face-to-face meetings held with community groups in Enniscorthy at the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023. The aim is to build up a comprehensive picture of local needs. We welcome the thoughts and views of local people who have yet to participate in the project, as well as those who have previously participated to further express their opinions.
The results of the survey, and other findings will be shared at a public event to be held at the end of June in Enniscorthy. Following this, the project managers and key stakeholders will work with the communities of the area in identifying solutions to the various issues and challenges.
Please note: the deadline for completing the survey will be Friday, the 5th of May at 5pm.
Thank you for your participation,
TASC.
