I further understand that failure to pay complete registration fee will result in my child not participating.I agree to be responsible for any uniform or equipment issued and will return ALL equipment in a timely manner. I understand failure to do so will result in financial responsibility on my part to replace such items with those of similar value and quality. I understand that I am responsible for my child’s helmet, game jersey, cleats and cup. No special price adjustment will be given for the use of personal equipment.I understand a minimum practice attendance, set at the discretion of the coach, is required for game participation, as well as the receipt of end of the season participation trophy.
