Se incompleta o non accompagnata dalla relativa tassa di iscrizione, sarà considerata nulla.

NOTE Nel caso la manifestazione debba essere annullata per cause di forza maggiore dovute a nuove restrizioni imposte dall'emergenza COVID-19, l’intero importo sarà rimborsato da ACI Sport S.p.A.
In caso di mancata accettazione dell’iscrizione l’importo verrà restituito entro e non oltre il 10 agosto 2023.

In caso di ritiro di iscrizione da parte del concorrente:
• Sarà restituita nella misura del 100%, se la rinuncia perverrà entro il giorno 10 agosto 2023;
• Sarà restituita nella misura del 50%, se la rinuncia perverrà entro le ore 24:00 del 08 settembre 2023;
• Non sarà restituita se pervenuta dopo le ore 00:01 del 09 settembre 2023.

MODALITÀ DI FATTURAZIONE DELLA TASSA DI ISCRIZIONE.
La quota d’iscrizione potrà essere versata sia dal concorrente sia da persona fisica o giuridica interessata.
Ogni concorrente, la cui quota è pagata da altro soggetto, potrà indicare nel prospetto seguente i dati fiscali della persona fisica o giuridica che ha effettuato il pagamento, alla quale dovrà essere intestata la ricevuta o fattura che l’organizzatore obbligatoriamente deve rilasciare.
NB: in caso di omessa indicazione la ricevuta / fattura sarà intestata al concorrente che iscrive la vettura.

NOTE In case the event should be cancelled due to force majeure determined by new restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 emergency, the full amount will be refunded by ACI Sport S.p.A .
In case the entry is not accepted, the fee will be refunded by 10th August 2023. In case the team cancels its participation:
• Within 10th August 2023, the participant will be fully refunded;
• Within 00:00 on 08th September 2023, 50% of the fee will be refunded;
• The fee will not be refunded if the team cancels its participation after 00:01 on 09th September 2023.

ENTRY FEE’S INVOICING
The entry fee can be payed by the competitor or any other interested person or legal entity.
Each participant whose fee is payed by a third party is requested to give the fiscal data of the person or legal entity which payed the fee for invoicing purpose. The organizer is required to send a receipt or an invoice.
N.B.: in case of missing data, the receipt or invoice will be sent to the participant.

Il concorrente ed i componenti dell’equipaggio, sia individualmente che in comune, dichiarano ed accettano, per se stessi e per tutte le persone che per loro operano durante la Targa Florio, quanto segue:

a) di conoscere il Codice Sportivo Internazionale, il Regolamento Nazionale (e le sue Norme Supplementari) e il Regolamento Particolare di Gara, di accettarli senza riserve e di uniformarsi a tutte le prescrizioni in esso contenute.
b) di possedere la preparazione e la perizia necessarie per partecipare a prove del tipo cui la presente iscrizione si riferisce e che la vettura iscritta è adatta e in condizione di affrontare la prova stessa.
c) di attenersi e di sottostare alle norme che regolano lo svolgimento delle gare quali la Targa Florio Classica. Tali gare si svolgono secondo le disposizioni del Codice Sportivo Internazionale, dei Regolamenti sportivi e tecnici della FIA, dei Regolamenti di ACI Sport e del Regolamento Particolare di Gara.
d) di essere a conoscenza che il sistema tracking è un mezzo ausiliario alla sicurezza anche se non garantisce la copertura totale del percorso.
e) riconoscono che l’automobilismo è uno sport pericoloso, fatti questi che devono essere tenuti in considerazione ed accettati con l’iscrizione.
Sollevano da ogni responsabilità l’Automobile Club Palermo e tutti i suoi ufficiali di gara, collaboratori, rappresentanti ed assistenti per ogni caso di morte, danno fisico, perdita o danno nel quale possono incorrere a seguito della partecipazione alla Targa Florio Classica.

The competitor and the crew members acknowledge and accept the following statements, both individually and as a group, for themselves and all the people who work for them during the Targa Florio. The competitor and the drivers declare:

a) To be aware of the International Sporting Code, the National Sporting Regulations (and its Additional Rules) and the Event’s Specific Rules. They also agree to accept them unconditionally and align to its provisions.
b) To be in possession of the necessary competence to take part in the event’s trials. They also declare that the car registered is in the best shape possible in order to participate in the event.
c) To fully respect the rules of the Targa Florio Classica. Its trials are conducted in compliance with the International Sporting Code, the Technical and Sport Rules of FIA, ACI Sport and the Event’s Specific Rules.
d) To be aware that the tracking system is able to improve security but it is not guaranteed for the whole course.
e) To acknowledge that motor sports are dangerous. This aspect is automatically accepted by the participant’s registration.The drivers and the competitor absolve from any responsibility Automobile Club Palermo (race officials, associates, solicitors and assistants included) in case of death, physical damage, loss or any other damage that may occur during the Targa Florio Classica.
