Upon acceptance and signing of this Summer Riding Program Contract and Application, I acknowledge full responsibility for my child's safety. I further understand and recognize that there is an element of risk involved and that all who ride and do so at their own risk, and I agree to hold the above entity, it's officers, employees, etc. harmless from every and all claim which may arise from injury which might occur from said horse and/or equipment in favor of myself, my heirs, representation, or dependents. I also understand that Country Farms, it's officers, employees, and etc. does not warrant the quality of character of the horses furnished.
