Policies & Procedures
- I require at least a 50% deposit on all orders. If total is less than $150, the balance must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
- The remaining balance, after a deposit has been paid, will be due 5 days BEFORE you pick up your order/have your order delivered. If invoice is not paid in full 5 days before pickup, a $20 fee will be added.
- Payment SECURES your order. If there is no payment received, your order is not confirmed.
- All orders made less than 2 weeks in advance, must be paid in FULL upon ordering.
- *RUSH ORDER FEE* Orders placed 2 weeks or less in advance MAY be subjected to a rush order fee of $50 included in the invoice
- The day you place on this form to pick up is the day you must pick up. I will NOT hold your cake for the next day or days after that.
- You must come at your scheduled pick up time. I will give a grace period of 20 min. I don’t schedule pick up for any times after 7pm.
- Once Cakes/Treats have left my care, I am NO longer liable for their condition. I do NOT provide refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, proper care instructions will be given
- FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: PLEASE BE ADVISED Menu items may contain or come into contact with WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, MILK AND OTHER ALLERGENS. I do not cater to those with allergies. If you have a severe allergy to those listed above, please refrain from ordering.
- I DO NOT ACCOMODATE CHANGES AFTER ORDERING.
- ALL FUNDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT EXCEPT THROUGH MY INVOICE SYSTEM.
