As a Peer Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the facilitation and execution of our programs. You will assist the Program Specialist and Program Director in the execution of their day to day responsibilities while simultaneously directing the activities of other members attending the program. Additionally, you will bring your passion for the subject area to the program design process and, leveraging your experience as an ongoing member of West End House programming, help provide research backed recommendations that guide program development. Peer Leader roles also include but are not limited to admin tasks for supervisor, supporting disciplinary actions, meal and snack support as well as resetting the room for next activity. Peer leaders are expected to always engage with youth, uphold and reinforce all WEH rules and be proactive when working. Peer Leaders are also always serving as a role model for other club members of all ages. Most importantly, be safe and have fun!
