    ORDER STATUS

    IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    We manufacture in small batches and may not have all products available at the time of purchase. Your order will ship when all items are available. Although rare, this means your order may not actually ship for up to 2 weeks from when it was placed. We make every effort to ship within 48 hours but product shortages do occur and will delay shipping.

    The shipping option you selected during the checkout process indicates shipping times only, once the carrier has your package. This does not include our warehouse processing time. If you select 2 or 3 day shipping, this is the shipment time in transit and does not guarantee that you will receive your order in 2 to 3 days.

    Our Customer Service does not have any additional specific information regarding your order and will only be able to tell you if it has shipped or not.

    You can ship back unopened product that you do not wish to keep once approved by our support team. You must notify us within 5 business days.     SHIPPING COSTS

    If you are a business looking to resell our products, you can apply to be a wholesale distributor.

    Product data and pricing will provided to you after your application is received and approved. We do not provide product data or pricing if you have not been approved.

    We DO allow wholesale customers to sell on Amazon, however we do not ship directly to Amazon on behalf of resellers. It is acceptable if we ship to you and you manage the logistics to resell on Amazon.
