Welcome to Pagosa Lakes! We're delighted to extend a warm welcome to our new homeowners through our New Owner Orientation program. Our orientation sessions are held three times a year, and we'd be thrilled to have you attend one of them.
Each session will start at 5:15pm and will begins with a spread of appetizers and beverages, allowing you the perfect opportunity to socialize and connect with your new friends and neighbors. Following this friendly get-together, we gather to share valuable insights about what it means to be part of PLPOA. Our general manager and department managers lead an engaging presentation, unveiling the range of amenities you'll have the pleasure of enjoying as part of our community.
