RETURN POLICY:
NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE REGISTERED BY COMPLETING THIS RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM AND AN ISSUED RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #) WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE RETURNED.
Defective Products or Item not Received as Described:
If any item on your order you've received has any manufacturer defects, you may exchange or return the defective products within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process and re-ship your exchange and / or will process your refund once your returned item is processed, which typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days. We will also issue you a return or exchange label directly to your email address the moment your exchange / return is processed. You may message us by going to your Etsy Account
Exchange Policy:
We do exchanges on defective or damaged items only. If the product is returned for any other reason, i.e., you want a different size or color, you will need to place a new order. This will allow you to receive the product much sooner rather than waiting for the duration of the return process.
Non Defective Products / General Wear and Tear:
For any Non-Manufacturer defects or defects caused to products by general wear and tear, use we presently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Insufficient address:
If an order is received with an address not accepted by the shipping company or a product is returned to the Vendor due to an incorrect address provided by customer or is undeliverable to the Customer/Consumer, a credit will be provided to the customer for the product minus the shipping charge incurred by the Vendor provided the Customer reaches out to the Vendor regarding this issue. Customer should submit a new order if Customer would like the Vendor to resend the package out.
Issuing Returns and Refunds
Buyers remorse, and incorrect size returns are accepted within 21 days from when the product shows a delivered status on the shipping carriers tracking. Tracking can be found on your purchases in your account on Etsy. The following steps are to be followed for returning products purchased on Etsy.
Customer must reach out to Vendor within the 21-day period mentioned above. Vendor reserves the right to deny any returns that are requested after this period.
Vendor will provide a return authorization # and the return address. Products returned without an RA # will be returned back to the Customer at Customers expense.
Product must be received within within 21 days from when the RA # is provided.
Product must be in new condition in order to receive a refund/credit.
Return package must include RA # provided.
There is a Return Administration Fee of 15% for each item returned up to a maximum of $5 per item, which covers handling, administration, and restocking or preparing item for resale. For items found as defective, this fee is waived. This fee is also waved where applicable based on laws or regulations within specific locations.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (with original packaging and tags attached), the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item is determined to be used, defined as containing pet hair, pet odor, dirty or signs of wear, the value of the item will be substantially reduced or may be determined to be zero value.
Items returned with zero or low value may be donated to a local pet shelter or pet rescue by the seller without any reimbursement to the buyer.
