A brief information profile must be gathered to best fulfill your travel needs. This is to make sure we meet all of your needs and desires. We do charge a service fee based on the complexity of your request. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking.

This administrative fee is payable to the agent who spends time researching and building your itinerary. We will be available to assist you from the moment you receive your quote and book until the day you return from your vacation. If possible, vacation payment plans can be arranged based on your travel components and the vendor's policy. Destination entry protocols will be researched to ensure you are properly prepared for your journey. Properties that we present will have the seal of approval due to our knowledge and experience. Consider yourself to be retaining the services of a personal travel concierge.

One destination itinerary with two-three resorts/hotels - 2 itinerary updates 

• Solo, min group up to 9 people $ 100.00
• Group 10 and up - $200.00
• Multiple destinations are an additional $100 per destination.

International Destination (Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, etc)

One destination itinerary with one full itinerary and three itinerary updates

• Solo, couple, and up to 4 people - $250.00
• 5 or more - $ 300.00
• Multiple destinations are an additional $100 per destination.

Villa and Private Homes

• The travel Planning fee is $250.00

 A signed lead host agreement is required for groups of 9 or more. 

      
Elite Information

Group resort booking contracts require 10 rooms. Group Leader is required to sign a group agreement. 
Additional terms and conditions will apply once the itinerary/contract is selected.

Group leaders are required to sign a Group Agreement. 

 

FEE SUMMARY: Upon receipt of your quote, you will have

Caribbean and Island Trips 

Upon receipt of your proposal, you will have days to make a decision, any adjustments, or a deposit.
Once 3 days have passed, your quote will expire, and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50 before we continue with the planning process.
This $50 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days.
Once you approve the proposal, we will reconfirm the price of the selected package, and if a price update is required, we will notify you.
The short turn time is due to continuous fixation in pricing, and no booking can be held until the deposit is received.
The proposal package is an estimate and subject to change until booked.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip.

International Trips
