FEEDDY FOUNDATION — MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. Title
These rules shall be called Membership Rules of Feeddy Foundation (“Foundation”).
2. Purpose of Membership
Membership is created to encourage public participation, volunteering, and support for the charitable objectives of the Foundation. Membership does not create ownership, profit rights, or control over the Trust.
3. Eligibility
Any individual who supports the objectives of the Foundation and agrees to abide by these rules may apply for membership, subject to approval by the Trustees.
4. Categories of Membership
The Foundation may have the following categories:
Volunteer Member - nominal fee
General Member — Annual membership fee as decided by Trustees
Lifetime Member — One-time membership contribution
Any other category approved by Trustees
The fee amount may be revised by Trustee resolution from time to time.
5. Admission Process
Membership shall be granted only after:
Submission of membership application
Acceptance by authorized Trustee / management
Payment of applicable membership fee (if any)
The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
6. Rights of Members
Members may:
Participate in activities and volunteer programs
Receive updates and communications
Attend events (if permitted)
Members shall not:
Interfere in administration
Claim decision-making rights unless appointed as Trustee
Represent the Foundation without authorization
7. Duties of Members
Members shall:
Respect the objectives and reputation of the Foundation
Follow policies and code of conduct
Avoid misuse of name, logo, or funds
8. Term & Renewal
Annual membership is valid for one year unless renewed
Lifetime membership is valid for life unless terminated as per rules
9. Cancellation / Termination
The Foundation may suspend or terminate membership if:
Misconduct or misuse of Foundation name
Activities against objectives
Violation of rules
Decision of Trustees shall be final.
10. Refund Policy
Membership fees / contributions are non-refundable.
11. Amendment
These rules may be modified by resolution of the Trustees at any time.
12. Legal Nature
Membership is voluntary and does not create employment, partnership, ownership, voting control, or financial rights over the Trust.
