    For the smoothest ordering experience, please take a moment to review the details below before submitting your request.

    Please note that our availability calendar is subject to change at any time based on our order volume/complexity. To maintain our high standards, we accept a limited number of orders each week. The more time we have to create your order, the better. Availability is limited and specific dates may fill quickly.

    TO BEST ACCOMMODATE YOUR ORDER:
    We recommend placing your order as early as possible, as availability is limited and dates fill quickly.
    Cake orders are typically booked 2–4 weeks in advance.
    All other items are typically booked 7–10 days in advance.

    We cannot guarantee last-minute orders placed less than 4 days in advance. If we are able to accommodate your request, a 20% rush fee will be added to your order.

    We have the following order options available:
    Pickup: Available in Alexandria (22309, address provided upon confirmation).

    Delivery:     Delivery is reserved for large event orders that include tiered cakes or full dessert setups. For all other orders, customers may arrange courier service (i.e., Uber/Lyft for pickup), and we’re happy to coordinate timing.

    Restrictions/Hours:     We are closed Sundays-Tuesdays

    Upon submission of your form, you can expect a follow-up confirmation within 1–3 business days. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact us directly. Please note, orders are not final until all details are confirmed and payment is received.

    Payment will be due upon your receipt and acceptance of your final order form/invoice to secure your order.

      Heart-Shaped strudel pockets are soft & flakey with crispy edges. Topped with icing and dye-free cane sugar crystals. Organic fillings rotate monthly.

      Cinnamon rolls come with vanilla bean icing and are available in a 4, 6 or 12-pack tray. Take'n'Bake is available upon request and comes with full instructions.

      Cakes are 2-layered with generous layers, finished with buttercream frosting and filling. We do not work with fondant. If you’d prefer a different filling, we offer a variety of options available as an additional add-on. Buttercream filling is included in the base price.

    • All cakes are priced based on order specifics and vary depending on design/flavor complexity.

      Prices listed below are for a standard design. Standard Design Includes: Simple border work, basic piping/spatula finish, and/or minimal writing.

      Custom Design Includes: Detailed/heavy piping, multiple design elements, textured finishes, painted details, characters/themes, or other time-intensive techniques. Custom cakes requiring more detailed design work start at:

      • 6” Custom — starting at $150+
      • 8” Custom — starting at $225+
      • 10” Custom — starting at $275+
      • 12” Custom — starting at $375+
      • 14” Custom — starting at $475+

       We only use natural dyes, with prices starting at $5 per color. Extra dark or deeply pigmented colors are priced at $7-10 per color.

      Character Cakes & Craft Toppers Policy
      Sweet Without Wheat does not provide, source, create, or design licensed character toppers, figurines, or custom-crafted decorations of any kind. If a cake design includes a specific character or crafted decorative element, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, games, signage, logos, silhouettes, specialty cut-out elements, or branded themes, the client is fully responsible for supplying all related toppers, figurines, or specialty decorations.

      Sweet Without Wheat does not source, create, or guarantee any third-party decorations provided by the client. Our services are limited to cake design and baking only. This policy allows us to focus exclusively on producing high-quality cakes.

      Please fill out the section below for cupcake requests. Cupcakes come decorated with buttercream frosting and are $4 each. Filling upgrades are available at $.50 cents per cupcake. Signature cupcake flavors are $4.50 each and can only be ordered by the half-dozen of the same flavor. Miniature Cupcakes are available in 24-Packs only and are $2-$2.25 each. Please note that for some custom designs, prices may increase depending on the complexity of design and number of colors used, etc.
