This is a job description for a Brand Ambassador from the following:  

Business Name: Dream Label Customs, Inc

Start Date: April 15th, 2024

Our company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of customizable products that are intend to expand its reach for recognition and sales; the Brand Ambassador is a recognized personality and in a position of influence providing reviews and advocating for Dream Label Customs products and services.

The applicant agrees and acknowledges that the Brand Ambassador shall perform promotion services in connection with our company's products and services through the company's social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, among others.

The applicant agrees and acknowledges that the Brand Ambassador must:

- agree to follow our company on all social media platforms.

- agree to tagging the company in all promotional posts on all social media platforms

- create a minimum of 1 video brand boosting post per month.

- create a minimum of 8 picture with text included post per month (2 post per week on any social media platform).

- must wear our company Tshirts with logo on it in at least 4 of your 8 picture with text included posts 

- agree to included your personalized promo code and company website on every promotional post you make regarding the company 

- agree to share any brand related post at the company's request. 

Compensation Agreement

As compensation for the full and complete performance of all the work and other obligations under this agreement, the company agrees to supply the following products upon fulfillment of the duties and obligations of the Brand Ambassador:

- 2 company shirts every other month

- 1 customizable shirts per month

- 1 company keychain or pin

- 1 personalized discount code for our company website 

Brand Ambassador may use personalized discount code for 20% of all additional items.

Your first product package will be disbursed on or around April 20th, depending on your location.

After 90 days, you will have a performance review. Based on your performance and the number of sales your bring in, you may be eligible for a promotion. This promotion will consist of earning commission on each sale you bring in.

 Product Use and Ownership

The Brand Ambassador shall be provided the products discussed by the company at no expense for the benefit of the Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador agrees that in such provision of products, the Brand Ambassador cannot, and may not subject the products provided for resale. Should the Brand Ambassador decide to discontinue the use, return, or sell the products, the Brand Ambassador shall notify the Company prior to such action.  

Confidentiality

The Parties to this Agreement may not disclose to any third party, the use of the works engaged by the Brand Ambassador with the Company without the other party's written consent. Neither Party may sell, nor disclose with any third party any proprietary or confidential information acquired by them in the course of their engagement with the other, without the written consent of the other party.

The Brand Ambassador agrees to return to Company all confidential documents, records, or any information owned by the company upon the termination of the Agreement. In case of failure to return the confidential documents, records, products or information, the Brand Ambassador shall notify the Company and shall agree on how such products and information shall be disposed or returned to the Company.

Brand Ambassador may not disclose any new product photos or events without written notice from our company to do so.

Brand Ambassador will not disclose ideas to third party without written permission from our company.

Brand Ambassador agrees not to post/talk maliciously at any point about our company.

 

Period and Termination

This agreement shall remain effective and enforceable for a period of 3 months, unless prematurely terminated by either party.

At the 3 month mark, both parties will get in contact for a review to discuss if this agreement will be extended for further employment. Should both parties agree to continue to work with one another, a new contract will need to be signed with new agreement dates.

Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior the date of maturity, the party shall notify the other at least 24 hours prior the termination date.

 

Representations and Warranties

The Company acknowledges and understands that:

1. Brand Ambassador has the unrestricted right and authority to perform the duties and deliverables that conform to this Agreement;

2. All duties and responsibilities by the Brand Ambassador is compliant with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the State agreed upon by Parties, to be performed in this Agreement;

3. The work of the Brand Ambassador will not contain defamatory, disparaging or offensive content to any product or business, or be involved in any pornographic.

 

Agreement Modification

No modification or alteration of this contract shall be considered as having been made unless otherwise executed in writing and duly signed by the parties hereto.

 

Judicial Action

Any negative action arising from or brought under this Contract shall be led with the proper courts of Wisconsin, to the exclusion of all other venues that are hereby expressly and willingly waived by the parties.
