Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on length, design, or condition of the nails. All products used are high-quality and hand-selected by Mai Nguyen through years of experience. Services that include polish use gel polish and are finished with cuticle oil, unless stated otherwise. All tools are disinfected and sterilized with hospital-grade professional products to ensure a safe service and environment.

 

ACRYLIC FULL SET | $70+
Includes desired shape, cuticle work, acrylic application, and choice of one polish.

REFILL | $65+
Includes cut down, reshaping, cuticle work, acrylic application, and choice of one polish.
Recommended maintenance every 3–4 weeks. Refills after 4 weeks of retention require rebalancing and will incur an extra charge depending on nail growth, condition, and the amount of work needed to restore the nails.

BIAB - SCULPTED MANICURE | $65
Soft gel sculpted onto natural nails for added strength and durability. Includes cuticle work, nail shaping, and choice of one polish. Only for short to medium length. No extensions.
Recommended maintenance every 2–3 weeks. Add $5 if BIAB removal is required.

NAIL REPAIR | $7+ per finger
Broke a nail? No problem — please message me.

POLISH CHANGE | $35
Includes removal of existing polish, light shaping, and choice of one polish. This service is only for nails previously done by me and must be requested within 1 week of the original service. Nail shortening, reshaping, or cuticle work beyond polish prep is not included.

ACRYLIC SOAK-OFF | $35
Safe acrylic removal, length takedown, reshaping of natural nails, and finished with a nail strengthener.
On my work only; foreign soak-offs are not offered.

PEDICURE | $65
Includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle work, heel care, relaxing foot massage, and choice of one polish. Includes complimentary back massage from spa chair.
Recommended maintenance every 3–4 weeks. Add $5 for polish removal.

SPA PEDICURE | $80
Includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle work, heel care, detox treatment with collagen-infused sugar scrub, relaxing foot massage with aloe vera and vitamin E lotion, and choice of one polish. Includes complimentary back massage from spa chair.
Recommended maintenance every 3–4 weeks. Add $5 for polish removal.

POLICIES

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

LATE ARRIVALS
A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, altered, or rescheduled to accommodate the remaining appointment time.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as you may not be brought inside until your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is appreciated.
Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Last-minute cancellations due to illness are not guaranteed to be accommodated and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

NO-SHOWS
Guests who miss their appointment without prior notice will not be rebooked.

GUESTS
For safety and comfort, please arrive alone. No additional guests are permitted.

PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods are cash or Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due at the end of the appointment before departure. All services are non-refundable, including partially completed services.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
Refer a friend and receive a discount, complimentary nail art, or free cuticle oil after their initial service.

FRIENDLY REMINDER
New guests must arrive with bare, natural nails. I do not work over another technician’s work and do not provide foreign soak-offs.

Mai Designz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, damaged nail beds, open wounds, nail infections, safety, hygiene, health concerns, or inappropriate behavior.

For new guests, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to the required waiver. All new guests must review and submit the waiver prior to their appointment. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled service.
