Quantice Solar & Electric is a Virginia licensed & insured residential solar & electric company seeking qualified inside and outside Sales employees with Aurora experience, Rail & Panel (R&P) roofing crews, Balance of System (BOS) & residential electricians, administration, and other Leaders who want to join our team either as a W-2 or 1099 employee.
WHAT WE SELL
Our focused sales will be on EV charging receptacles, EV Wall Chargers, most types of home electrical work, and of course residential roof & ground-mounted solar.
HOW WE SELL
Our work at Quantice Solar will be strictly Qualitative, not quantitative. Our sales model will focus on inside & outside sales and social media, which includes Google AdWords, Google Guaranteed, and other platforms such as Yelp, Next-door, Instagram, Twitter, Bing, Houzz, Thumbtack, and Angi Ads. To remain competitive, however, our number one seller should always be ‘word-of-mouth.’
OUR STARTUP METHOD
Initially, positions will be either part-time, piece-work, or voluntary; but once sales occur, it should be expected to convert these part-time positions to full-time ones with a full-range of standardized benefits such as 401k savings and family Heath Care.
OUR WORK ETHIC AND CORE BELIEF
Quantice Solar is debt-free and intends to keep it that way - our core sales and installation market will be in Virginia only. Excessive installer windshield time, three-hour PV installs, failed inspections, shoddy work, and roof leaks will not have any part in the future of Quantice Solar.
