Patty G Skateboarding Terms & Conditions

I understand that the physical activities and /or skateboarding that the Participant will undertake are inherently dangerous and may carry the risk of personal injury.I understand that all participants under the age of 18 must wear a helmet and any other protective gear/equipment requested by the coach.I agree and consent to any medical and/or first aid treatment that Patty G Skateboarding deems reasonably necessary during or after participating in the activities.I accept that the Patty G Skatboarding skate coaches and associates shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, suffered by any participant or their property during this activity.I accept and understand that any and all participation in skateboarding and associated activities is completely at the participants own risk.I have read and agree to the terms and conditions including associated safety protocols.I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any or all the parties involved in organising and or conducting the activities (‘the parties”) from all actions.
