Vendor Booth Timings:

Friday: 7pm - 9 pm

Saturday: 11am - Midnight

Sunday: 10:30 am - 2pm

 

Vendor Booth Information:

• Booth size: 10 X 10ft
• Power supply not available for the booths
• Please arrange for your own tent(optional), chair & tables
• Payment is due with application.
• All vendor spot requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.
• Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form
• All vendor fees are non-refundable. 
• All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance and read and sign below waiver.
• Please fill out vendor registration completely.

On the Day of the event:

• All vendors must check-in 30 mins before program start time each day.
• The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.$100 penalty if failure to do so.
