To provide care for the pet(s) until returned to PACK or the animal is adopted. This includes adequate food, water, playtime, companionship, shelter, veterinary care, keeping the pet safe, and lots of love.The pets will live in my home as a first-hand family member and not be kept outdoors.I agree to remain in contact with PACK, and periodically send photos and updates on the pet's well-being and adjustment to my home.I agree to closely monitor the pet's health and well-being and notify PACK if any issues arise which may need veterinary care.I agree to immediately notify PACK if my address or other contact information should change.I agree that small children (aged 0-6) will be supervised when in the presence of the pet.I agree to surrender the pets to PACK at the time of the pet's adoption, or prior if necessary.
PACK agrees to provide and or reimburse the foster care provider for all supplies needed in the day-to-day care of the pet. This includes food, supplements and any other supplies mutually agreed as necessary. PACK will also arrange for and pay for any veterinary care or medications the pet may need.
