This Member Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") is between Accreditation Made Easy ("AME") and the beauty and barber school owner ("Member") who subscribes to the Accreditation Made Easy program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Accreditation Made Easy Program, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Program Services: AME provides the Program, which includes access to the Member resource portal and various resources, information, and guidance for preparing for the accreditation process, including preparation of required documents, process improvements for compliance, and other services as prescribed on the AME website or in other Program materials.
2. Payment: Member agrees to pay the applicable monthly fee for the Program. Payments will be set up on automatic monthly deductions.
3. Termination: Member may cancel the Program at any time by providing 15-day written notice to AME. Cancellation will be effective at the end of that current month's payment period.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties: AME makes no representation or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information or materials if you choose to modify documents in a manner that was not recommended and that would render the information or documents as non-compliant by the accrediting agency. Member also acknowledges that the Program is not a guarantee of accreditation or reaccreditation and that accreditation and reaccreditation is dependent on a number of factors outside of AME's control.
5. Limitation of Liability: AME shall not be liable for any damages arising from Member's participation in the Program as AME does not have control over how the Member chooses to use or not use the information and documents provided as part of the AME program.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which AME is located and that would be the State of Georgia.
7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Member and AME and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements. This agreement DOES NOT supersede the Service Contract/Agreement Member may have previously signed and submitted to join the AME program. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
8. Independent Contractors: AME is an independent operation, consulting, coaching Program and services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
9. Assignment: Member may not assign this Agreement with anyone outside of their current institution at the time of joining the AME Program.
