- Cost $40.00 per booth.
- Vendors provide their own equipment, ie: tables, chairs, canopy, etc.
- All fees are non-refundable, as they are used to promote the events.
- Event runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
- Set up time: Vendors can begin setting up as early as 8:00am. Break down is 3:00pm.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
- Moore’s Rescue Ranch reserves the right to censor or remove any booth.
- REGISTRATION: Vendor forms must be submitted no later than one week before the event!

In addition the Champaign County Fair Grounds is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the vendor fair including setup and take down of each booth.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS AN INDEMNITY, WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MOORE'S RESCUE RANCH AND ME. BY SIGNING BELOW I AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
