Camper Sponsorship/ Financial Assistance Application

Our desire is that every child that would like to attend camp would be able to do so. Therefore, we make financial assistance available to any parent or guardian that does not have the budget to send their child(ren) to camp. All we ask is that you cover the camp deposit ($75.00) and as much of the registration fee as possible. The purpose of this form is for you to apply for the remaining funds that you require, and for your financial need to be approved. Applications for Financial Assistance MUST BE RECEIVED no later than one week before the start of the requested camp. Applications with less than one week's notice will not be considered. The camp has a maximum amount that is allowed per camp for financial assistance, so applications for financial assistance should be submitted as soon as possible.

2023 Camp Fees are $310 per camp for Junior, Tween, Young Teen and Senior High. Scamper Camp fees are $180 per camp. $75 Registration fee is required as a deposit. We are unable to provide financial assistance for canteen money.
