I have already completed my licensing application with the state
I will complete my licensing application with the state at least 3 weeks before the exam date of May 2nd, 2023
I plan to take an exam at a later date and do not need to have my state application complete by May 2nd.
Please have staff reach out to me to help explain the state application step

You will receive notification from the Department of Labor & Industry once your application has been approved. Bring this documentation and a photo ID with you to the exam on May 2nd.
