Yogahumanities.com 30-hour Online Course Agreement

This Course Agreement is made by and between YogaHumanities.com (hereinafter, "Course Provider") and you, (hereinafter, "Authorized Yoga School") who is using the Course Provider's 30-hour Online Yoga Humanities Course (hereinafter, "Course Content") for it's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

COURSE DETAILS

• Course Content name: "30-hour Online Yoga Humanities Course"
• URL for access: YogaHumanities.com.
• For registration: Authorized Yoga School sends Course Provider student names and emails, and requested start date
• Textbooks: Authorized Yoga School ensures students have required Course Content texts
• Course Content design: The online portion of the Course Content includes more than twenty hours of asynchronous video lessons, assignments, and quizzes. The Course Content also includes ten hours of synchronous learning to be led by the Authorized Yoga School. Recommendations for how to lead these ten hours are outlined in the Course Content's Lead Teacher Guidebook. These 30+ hours total meet the updated Yoga Alliance standards.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM

The Authorized Yoga School and it's registered students will have access to the course material for one year from the agreed upon start date of enrollment. The one year period applies regardless of Course Content completion.

PAYMENT AND FEES

The Authorized Yoga School pays $120 per student enrolling in the Course Content. The entirety of the fees are due upon registering students into Course Content. The following is included in your purchase:

• 20+ hours of online Course Content
• 10 hours of recommended Course Content led by Authorized Yoga School
• Lead Teacher Guidebook, via an online file
• Authorized Yoga School's access to the student Course Content, includes one login
• Monthly Student Progress Reports, via email
• One 30-minute Content Call with Course Provider, via Zoom. Authorized Yoga School to email Course Provider with the Content Call request.
• Technical support via email anytime
• Refund or exchange a student up to 30 days after the student's registration. If Authorized Yoga School cancels all of their students, the Authorized Yoga School will lose access to Course Content as well.

OWNERSHIP OF COURSE CONTENT

Any and all content provided by the Course Provider is the sole and exclusive property of Course Provider. By accepting these terms, the Authorized Yoga School does not become owner of the Course Content but is entitled to use it as specifically permitted according to the terms of this Course Agreement. Authorized Yoga Schools may not download, transmit, copy, store, publish, or distribute the Course Content in any form. Authorized Yoga School acknowledges the confidential and proprietary nature of the Course Content and agrees that it shall not reveal or disclose the Course Content.

PERMITTED USES

The sole use of the Course Content is for an Authorized Yoga School's 200-hour Teacher Training and may not be used for any other purpose. Any additional Yoga Humanities supplemental material that the Authorized Yoga School gives to their students must make it clear that such material is not part of the original material supplied by Course Provider.

USE OF PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT

The Course Content is made available for Authorized Yoga Schools for educational and informational purposes only and not as a substitute for the Authorized Yoga School's professional analysis or judgment. The Course Provider has carefully crafted content that meets 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training standards and is tailored to this level of yoga education. There are many ways to approach teaching Yoga Humanities, and the Course Content is based on the Course Provider's education, interpretation, and application of Yoga Humanities. While the Course Provider uses reasonable efforts to see that no inaccurate or misleading data, opinion, or statement appears in the Course Content, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the Course Content. Course Content may change over time as new standards in Yoga Education develop and as the Course Provider learns more. Authorized Yoga Schools must exercise professional judgment when using any information contained in the Course Content and are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices made with regard to the Course Content.

LIABILITY

The Course Provider is not liable for consequential, special, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages arising directly or indirectly out of Authorized Yoga School's use of Course Content.

TERMINATION

The Course Agreement and your authorized use of the Course Content will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Course Agreement.

GENERAL

If any provision of this Course Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, it shall be deemed omitted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Course Agreement may be modified only in writing authorized by the Course Provider. By signing below, both undersigned parties agree to the terms of this Course Agreement.

Shortly after you complete this form you will receive an invoice from us. This invoice must be completed before your course access start date.
