RIDER FEES
- $400 - two 1.5 hr groups with up to 5 riders per group
- $75 non-refundable deposit payable with registration. Balance due April 1.
- Once you receive confirmation of a space, please pay deposit or full registration fee by e transfer to: b.westar@gmail.com and include rider name in notes.
- Each rider has one essential person and their coach included as auditors in their registration fee.
- Additional auditors - $20 per day or $50 for the weekend (3 days).
STABLING is available
- $50/daytime
- $100 for 2 days + 1 overnight (Fri to Sat or Sat ot Sun)
- $125 for 3 days + 2 overnights

Please upload your horse's 2025 vaccination certificate or forward once available. It must be submitted at least one week before the clinic. Vaccinations must have been administered within 6 months but at least 6 sayd prior to arrival at Westar.

I fully understand that horseback riding, handling and grooming of horses and other stable activities are very dangerous. I wish to participate in these activities knowing that they are dangerous. I accept and assume all the risks of injury (including death) to me or my property. In exchange for being permitted to participate in these activities, for myself, my heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, I release and agree not to make or bring any claim of any kind against Westar Farms, or its owners, the clinician, employees, guests, or any land owners, land holders or other persons making property available to Westar farms, for any injury (including death), to me or any damage to my property, arising out of my participation in these dangerous horseback riding or related activities.

Junior Rider Waiver: I request permission for my child to participate in horseback riding and other activities at Westar Farms.

I fully understand that horseback riding, handling and grooming of horses and other stable activities are very dangerous. I wish to allow my child to participate in these activities knowing that they are dangerous. I accept and assume all the risks of injury (including death) to my child or my property. I represent and warrant that I have the authority to give this release. In exchange for my child being permitted to participate in these activities, for my child, myself, my child’s heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, I release and agree not to make or bring any claim of any kind against Westar Farms or its owners, the clinician, employees, guests or any land owners, land holders or other persons making property available to Westar farms, for any injury (including death), to my child or any damage to my property, arising out of my child’s participation in these dangerous horseback riding or related activities.
