• PET PAPER REGISTRATION REQUEST

  • PET ONLY registration papers are provided to original buyer after proof of spay/neuter. You must have your vet email us the surgical report directly with 30 days of surgery. We will not accept reports or registration requests if more than 30 days has passed.  

     

    Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with registration paperwork which includes but is not limited to initial litter registration fee, individual registration fee, pedigree add ons, co -owner add ons,  tax, and processing fees. Cost for registration is dependant on the registry. Please inquire with appropriate registry regarding current fee schedules. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee on our end that is seperate from the registry fees.

     

    Payment for registration will be processed directly through the registry. Once we receive your vet report and registration request, we will call you within 7 business days for your debit/credit card information so we can complete payment and paperwork. 

     We reserve the right to be listed as a co-owner on any show prospect

  • I, verify that I am the original owner of the dog above and rightful party to any registration papers. I am aware that all dogs must be sterilized prior to requesting registration papers and proof must be submitted via surgical report. I understand that any service fee mandated in this form is non-refundable once paid. I also understand that all fees associated with registration papers will be paid for in addition to the service fee and at my expense. I will be contacted for additional payment information for registration within 7 business days.
