2023 Caucus Non-Attendee Form

This online form duplicates the paper non-attendee form. Submitted forms will be emailed to the Saint Paul DFL chair. The deadline to submit the form is March 18. Contact campaign@mitrajalali.com if you have any questions.
If you want to participate in your DFL precinct caucus and become a delegate to the Ward 4 convention, but can’t attend in person on March 19 fill out this form.

As a non-attendee you won’t be able to vote at caucus (for candidates, delegates, or resolutions), but you will be able to be nominated and possibly be elected as a precinct officer or a delegate or alternate to the Ward 4 Convention, which will take place on April 30.

2. I consider myself a member of the DFL Party and agree with its principles as stated in the Preamble of the State DFL Constitution and Bylaws.
3. I am not an active member of any other party.
4. By November 7, 2023, I will be at least 18 years old and eligible to vote, as required to become a delegate or alternate, or precint officer, IR I will be at least 16 years old, as required to hold other party office.
