Before you schedule an appointment for any of our servcies, please read the complete list of policies below. These have been implemented to ensure that our time, energy, and product are valued.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to book any of our services. All deposits go toward your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable if appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to original booking time.
RESCHEDULING
Life happens, so you are welcome to reschedule, as long as you do so with at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. The first reschedule is complimentary. If your appointment is rescheduled more than once, an additional $30 fee is required to re-book.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW
All last minute cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment time) and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked. Cancellations must be submitted through the booking site or sent via text message to (252) 578-5463, and require a confirmation response to be valid.
GRACE PERIOD
Again, we know that life happens and sometimes we arrive later than we expected. For this reason, we allow a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked. We keep a tight schedule at Throwing Shade LA, so if you are going to be late for any reason, please reach out via text message to (252) 578-5463 to ensure we will still be able to accommodate your appointment.
