We are looking forward to seeing your children at the 2024 camp! Camper registrations will be accepted on a “First come, First served” policy. Due to our limited resources, we reserve the right to reject or accept applications. Registration will close when all spots are filled.Camp hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  Payment is required by June 1st. If we do not receive payment by the deadline, your spot will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist. If camp is held, there will be NO REFUNDS offered. If camp is canceled for some unforeseen reason, we will address refunds at that time. Registration fees are $155.  Limited scholarships are available, contact organizers at nbailey@ennisschools.org for an scholarship application.  If you register for a camp that is full, you will be added to the waitlist. Please do not send payment for waitlist until confirmation that you have been accepted.We prefer you make payment online at the end of this form, however you may send money to Madison Farm to Fork, PO Box 213, Ennis, MT 59729.
