    • Important Notes For Split-Halves: Certain cuts have to be the same as the other person you are sharing the ½ beef with. (i.e steak thickness, bone in or bone out for Rib Steaks/Rib Eyes, and bone in or bone out for T-Bones/Strips & Filets) We must also have the same burger fat percentage. We ask that you be flexible with us as we try to match and merge the orders.

    • Please note, if you choose to grind the ribs, the fat content of the burger may be higher. Please consult our staff if you have any questions.

    • When splitting a half beef, we are not able to grind the ribs into the burger. 

    • For a split-half, you can select your preference between the Pikes Peak or the Rump Roast.

    • To receive heart and liver with your order, please submit before Noon on the Monday after the beef was dropped off. If placed after Monday, we cannot guarantee the availability of the heart or liver.

    • Please Note: At this time we are not able to render the fat.
