Our meals are pre-portioned ready to heat and eat meals that are kept as clean as possible to fuel your body in the right way.

The way our process works!
1.) Once signed up you will receive the link via text every Monday to order your meals for the next week.
2.) All orders must be submitted by Wednesday.
4.) We go to work shopping and prepping your meals!!
5.) Delivery is on Sunday between 1pm-7pm. You will receive a text the night before with you two hour time frame. We do offer a pick up option for Sunday from 11:00am-1:30pm and 6:30pm-8 at 3537 Hurricane Trail. We ask clients to either communicate with us prior if they will not be home in this time frame or to put out a cooler so their food is safe.
