The Hirshberg Entrepreneurship Institute returns to Boulder, Colorado, for three days of high impact problem solving, inspiration, and networking. Your brand can gain valuable exposure with this audience of well-connected natural and organic products professionals by exhibiting during the conference. We have limited spots available each day for brands to sample their products and share information about their services in a tabletop format.

The fee to participate is $100 for a single day. We'll provide the 6-foot table; you'll bring samples for 100 guests, a tablecloth, pop-up banner(s), signage, sell sheets, and any other materials that will get the HEI audience excited about your products or services.

CITY OF BOULDER TAX REQUIREMENTS:

In order to exhibit at this event, you are required to have a City of Boulder Sales Tax License or apply for a Special Event Permit. If you're actively selling your products, you should already have this license! Please enter your license number in the box below or indicate that you're applying for the $25 Special Event Permit. You will also need to file a Special Event Return after the event concludes. Note in the box below if you will be applying for the Special Event Vendor Tax Permit because you are not a Boulder-based company or do not already have a City of Boulder Sales Tax License.

BOULDER COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:

If you will be sharing food or beverage samples, Boulder County Public Health requires you to complete their Food Vendor Verification Form 2023 (https://bouldercounty.wufoo.com/forms/zok739i16azfhk/) . If you will be sampling prepared food, Boulder County Public Health requires each exhibitor to have their own handwashing station. This can be as simple as a container that holds hot/warm water, soap, paper towels, and a catch basin. Note that the water may not flow onto the ground. You must dispose of this water in the toilets inside the Boulder JCC so that the captured water goes through the water treatment process. This rule does not apply if you'll be dispensing hot beverages from an airpot or handing out sealed samples.

If you are sampling prepared foods, you'll need to abide by Boulder County Public Health rules. If you are sampling a prepared food or cooked food that is sampled hot, those samples should be served in individual portions of one or two small bites. Servers should be wearing gloves. Please bring a small trash or compost or recycling can to place on the guest's side of your booth for appropriate disposal of the individual portion cup/napkin/plate or whatever material you'll be using. We encourage you to consider zero waste options for your serving materials, such as small canning jars or shot glasses or compostable products such as bamboo leaves or biodegradable plates. We'll have landfill, recycling, and compost bins available on-site.
