The National Employment Law Council ("NELC") invites applications to participate in the In-House Counsel
Accelerator Program (“ICAP”), to be held in advance of the 2023 NELC Conference in Washington D.C. ICAP will be on Monday, May 1, 2023 the day before the NELC Conference which will be from Tuesday, May 2 - Thursday, May 4, 2023. NELC is a non-profit organization charged with enriching minority bar members who represent management in
the field of labor and employment law.
ICAP is designed to assist new in-house counsel of color in transitioning to and building a successful career as part of a corporate law department. ICAP is open to minority attorneys practicing management-side labor and employment law, with two years or less experience working in-house.
ICAP will provide participants with career advancement skills by offering an intensive and interactive series of
presentations and discussions with seasoned in-house practitioners while also exposing while exposing participants to NELC’s national network of experienced minority labor and employment attorneys. All ICAP Participants will be matched with more senior in-house mentors. Space in the 2023 In-House Counsel Accelerator Program will be limited.

ICAP participation is underwritten by NELC and its sponsors. Registration is $250. However, ICAP Participants who also register to attend the NELC Conference may attend ICAP without charge. ICAP Participants or their employers are responsible for travel and accommodation.
