    Terms & Conditions

    1. Please submit your orders before the cut off time at 13th of October 2023 (Friday-12pm) to prevent your orders from experiencing delays or being excluded from the current delivery. 

    2. All produce are sustainably sourced from our Kota Belud farmers and may slightly differ in appearance and approximate weight. 

    3. Our team shall inform you if the stated delivery date is not able to proceed. 

    4. Our team will inform you on the types of vegetables available and the final amount for payment before delivery (please only make payment after products are delivered). 

    5. If you are not able to directly receive the items at your home/business, please inform us beforehand and we shall place the items at your gate (our team is not responsible for the safety of the items).  

    6. If the delivered items are spoiled, please contact our team within 3 hours of delivery for a refund/credit.

    7. By placing an order with us, you agree to all the terms and conditions above.

    8. Upon successful submission of your order, you will be directed to a "thank you page" and receive an email notification confirming your order.
