I confirm the business is a We Are Weymouth BID levy-payer.
I confirm I have the authority and consent to We Are Weymouth's subcontractors attaching one (or more) bracket(s) and/or hanging basket(s) to our business premises.
I confirm that should my business change ownership or cease to trade, this consent will carry over to the new business, unless I inform We Are Weymouth BID in writing, no later than 1st May 2023.
I confirm I understand that We Are Weymouth will need to ensure the suitability of locations for new baskets, and that should my property be unsuitable, for any reason, regretfully no basket will be able to be provided.
I confirm I understand it is the intention that the baskets are in situ from late May/start June 2023 until the end of September/start October 2023, subject to operational constraints such as weather conditions etc.
I confirm I understand that the baskets are rented and remain the property of We Are Weymouth's subcontractors, and that I will not remove/dispose of the baskets.
I confirm that should my basket become damaged, I will inform We Are Weymouth at the earliest opportunity, and that We Are Weymouth are under no-obligation to replace lost/damaged baskets.
I confirm I understand that the brackets will remain in situ after the removal of the baskets, ready for future displays. Should I wish to remove these brackets in the future, removal and replacement will be at my own expense and I will return them to We Are Weymouth Limited.
