We will be holding this years food festival in a number of locations within the town, such as Gales Wine Bar, the Town Hall and the railway. This means exhibitor space will not be standardised across all sites.
Guide to the size of exhibitor space required - in metres*
FOR EXAMPLE, A STANDARD SIZE OF EXHIBITOR SPACE ON THE RAILWAY SLOPE IS APPROX. 3M X 3M. GALES WILL BE APPROX 1.8M X 1.8M, AND THE TOWN HALL WILL BE TRESTLE TABLE SIZE

Please note: where applicable, exhibitors/traders will need to submit a copy of their public liability certificate (minimum cover of £5m), risk assessment and food hygiene certificates (a score of 3 or above) and full payment of stall fee prior to the event.

DECLARATIONS:

Please note: receipt of the form and deposit does not guarantee space at the ‘Llangollen Food Festival 2023', the organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend any allocation of space up to the event, where upon any monies collected will be fully refunded. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified and any fees refunded.

Please note: if there are Covid measures to be followed you will be updated nearer the time. As we are based in Llangollen we must comply with Welsh Government guidance/legislation.

The total power consumption of appliances attached to a single outlet extension leads will not exceed the capacity of the extension leads.
