Transportation Assistance
Groups facing financial barriers to attendance may apply for free transportation to and from Kids Outdoor Adventure Expo. A limited number of buses are available for needs-based allocation. To apply for bussing assistance, please select “Yes” when prompted and complete the Transportation Application by April 6th, 2026.
Required Waiver Forms for Activities
All children will be required to have their legal guardian(s) sign/fill out two digital waiver forms prior to the child’s arrival to the event. The link to these forms will be sent to your organization no later than 1-month prior to the event. You are requested to ensure that this link is distributed to all legal guardians of your group(s). A child who does not have these forms filled out prior to arrival will not be able to participate in the following activities: rock climbing, rafting, and ziplining.
