TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
What we expect from you & what you need to know:
1. Market hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm: (unless otherwise specified)
2. Setup takes place 7:00am-8:30am. Please be completely set up and ready by 9:00am
3. Tear down begins than 3:00pm. NO EARLIER PLEASE
4. Unloading your products: There are 2 UNLOADING ZONES: one on 6th Street and one on Main Street. (see map) If there are no open spaces to unload, you must go to remote parking and cart your products in to your space. NO DOUBLE PARKING IN THE STREET! Remote parking spaces are located at Avenue A in the old Senior Center lot. The other option is in the City Parking on State Street. Its important to reserve close parking for customers.
5. The Urban Market is now a Garland City Event. We will recieve lots more Media Attention! I agree to allow photos or videos of myself or products to be published for Market promotions.
6. Vendor outdoor booth pricing: $75 for one 10x10, $140 for two 10x10 booths when available. Sorry no food trucks allowed by city of Garland. Please note when we have an indoor event at Foundry Church, the inside spaces will be smaller.
7. All tents and tables are furnished by the vendors. We do not provide any set up items. ALL TENTS MUST HAVE at least 20 lb WEIGHTS ON EACH LEG. Per City of Garland, NO STAKES are allowed to be driven in the ground in the grassy area.
8. In order to complete the application process, after submitting this form below, you are required to TEXT your full name and pictures of your products to Kirsten at the Urban Market, 214-912-7782 to receive consideration. If you are approved, Kirsten will contact you by text to check on dates of participation.
