Thank you for your interest in being a Food Vendor during our 2024 Dream Ride Experience Weekend August 23 to 25 in Farmington, CT. Please note that applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days from the submission of your application for our team to review. The deadline for application submission is August 2, 2024. Once your application is approved a member of our team will reach out with next steps including payment and insurance submission.

Vendors are eligible for a discounted vendor fee if they donate $200 worth of vouchers to be distributed at the discretion of The Hometown Foundation. Please select the discounted vendor fee option below if you would like to donate.

Please note, discounted rates are only available for food vendors who are selling full meals. These food vouchers will be given out to volunteers and event staff so they can eat a meal throughout the weekend. Dessert or breakfast trucks are not allowed discounted vendor fees.

Vendors are able to provide their own proof of insurance OR purchase from The Dream Ride Experience online form. Vendors are responsible for all costs associated with event insurance. The Town of Farmington Food Permit must be submitted BEFORE August 2,2024. For more information on requirements, please contact the Farmington Valley Health District (www.fvhd.org)*
