WEDDING DAY LOGISTICS

On the wedding day, the makeup will be done following a schedule. The bride must communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared. The Bride must confirm and commit to the number of services stated above. Charges will include all people stated above. The artist needs a designated space to set up when on location. The bride is responsible for clearing an area before the artist arrives. The artist will need a work area with room for their makeup chair near a no walk-through traffic area. Good light and a mirror is a plus! If services cannot be performed due to insufficient work conditions or tardiness, all fees still apply. The makeup artist will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location.

FEE DETAILS

A deposit of $50.00 is due to hold the day. This is non-refundable. The Deposit however, does goes towards the trial run.

TRIAL RUN

A trial run is recommended for the bride. This needs to be booked at least 14 days prior to the wedding day. Based on availability, the actual appointment can be up to 1 week before the wedding. The trial will take place in the salon. There is a fee of $75 per 60 minutes. Please remember the deposit can be applied if you choose. This is non-refundable should you cancel the wedding date for any reason.

TRAVEL ON DAY OF WEDDING:

There is a fee to cover travel cost and compensation for lost business hours. The travel cost is $75 within a 25 mile radiance. If the area you desire to get ready at is further then distance listed, then it is a dollar a mile to make up for extra time. If assistants is needed a fee is also required to cover their travel cost and compensate for their lost business hours as well. The bride will be responsible for parking fees for the artist and can be paid for at the wedding location.

ASSISTANT: (If needed)

If services requested required an assistant, another artist must be hired on to help. An additional $10 per service will be added to each person.

MAINTENANCE: (If requested)

Hourly maintenance fee of $35 is required if bride requests artist to stay additional hours once hair and makeup is completed. The bride does have an option of a touch up kit if there is no request for hourly maintenance.

WEDDING DAY

The bride agrees to pay in full on the wedding date. The total amount due is based on the wedding day services requested plus travel fee. The total fee is due to the makeup application as described, regardless of internal arrangements between the bride and the others receiving services. The payment can be cash or check. You can pay with a credit card but must pay the processing fee.

WHAT I OFFER:

Week of wedding: I offer all my brides one complentray high frequency treatment. (This does not include a full facial) High Frequency is designed to quickly kill any stubborn breakouts that may occur due to stress or any other factors week of wedding. It's not always needed but if it is, we'll take care of them quick!

Month out of wedding: I also offer all my brides skin prep tips and tricks to help heal and prep the skin for that perfect bridal glow to be achieved on the wedding day.

CONTRACT DUE:

This contract is due 30 days prior to the wedding date or the date will be released and made available on a first come, first served basis. One artist will be guaranteed on the wedding date. If services requested required an assistant, then another artist must be hired on to help. Therefore, this contract must be submitted 60 days prior to the wedding date. Upon receipt of this contract, the artist will total the amount that is due on the wedding date as well as provide a detailed schedule to the bride. Should the artist have a personal emergency that prevents her from performing services as agreed, all efforts will be made so that a replacement artist will be present to perform the contracted services. Should an emergency occur so last minute that no artist can be made available, all fees will be refunded.
