Dress code
The Randolph County Homeschool Prom requires all attendees, both students and adults, to conduct themselves in a courteous manner.
Please remember, the RCHS Prom is a Black Tie Event.
Ladies:
- Long gowns encouraged, but not required.
- Short dresses must go to the top of the knee.
- Slits in long gowns must be no higher than the top of the knee.
- No plunging necklines. A panel may need to be added for no cleavage to be showing.
- Strapless gowns are allowed but it is your responsibility to ensure your gown stays in place.
- Dress back must be no lower than natural waistline (smallest part of your torso Midriff covered by non-see-through fabric in front and sides (no cutouts)
- Two piece dresses may be worn if the top extends over the skirt - if the top and skirt simply "meet in the middle" it does not meet dress code and must be sewn together or a camisole worn underneath.
- You must be fully covered from your underarm to the top of your knees
Gentlemen:
- Tuxedo or Dress Suit.
- Neckties or Bow Ties are recommended.
- Collared, button-up dress shirts - No T-shirts.
Christ-like behavior and modest, Christ-honoring attire is expected.
Please use your best discretion when selecting your attire for the RCHS Prom.
Any activity by attendees or guests that are deemed inappropriate or dangerous to others will be dealt with at the discretion of the chaperones. Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct and Dress Code may result in expulsion from the Prom.
