We try our best not to have the same company product at more than one booth. If we see prior to the conference that you have purchased a booth and we have that company we will refund you. But, if we miss it and you both are at the conference, we will not refund you but, do our best to find the best solution. And we ask everyone, and please be kind and professional about it.*

I understand they will do there best to make sure they do not have duplicate companies, if it does happen I will not get a refunded, and will be completely professional about it.

I agree to fill a minimum of 7 general session tickets. The means to fill those tickets may include: your support team, volunteers, staff, employees, downline, friends, family or preferred clients. We would love (if possible) for at least half of those tickets to go out to social media giveaways, contests or to your email list. You will receive a paper for the Utah Tax Commission from us that day of the event. You must mail it to the Utah Tax Commission by the stated deadline. We will be also sending in this info will be sent to the Tax Commission.
Hope Haven Events is required to send a list of all vendors with their Name, Address, Phone Number, Tax EIN# or DOB & Driver's license # with State issued, and indicate if they are or not selling to the Utah Tax Commission. To make sure we are giving them the correct info, we are asking the following seven questions. In addition, you will receive a tax paper to send to them for this event at registration. This paper does not go to us.

Hope Haven Events, in this reference to "EHC," charges a non-refundable payment at the time you pay. In the event you are unable to make it, please be advised that you will not get a refund, and it will not be able to credit to another event.
