  • If you have a MagniLink product that needs to be returned for repair, start by filling out this RMA form.

    SHIPPING BOXES, INSERTS, CASES

    There is always some risk involved in shipping a video magnifier. The boxes LVI uses to ship the product to you have been field tested for many years. They are sturdy and have proper supports (inserts) that cradle the product.

    IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT IN ANOTHER BOX WITH OTHER PACKAGING, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    • If you do not have the original box, you may purchase one from us. For most products, the box price is $25. For the MagniLink Vision, the box price is $40. For all products the inserts that stabilize the product inside the box are $20 per set. Normal shipping charges apply to boxes and inserts.
    • If your product came with a case, you should send it to service inside the case for further protection.
    • If you choose to ship the product in a non-LVI box without LVI inserts, it will be returned in the same box with the same packaging. You will be responsible for any possible damage.

    OUT-OF-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

    Out-of-warranty products shipped to one of our service centers will be subject to a $135 service charge regardless of service discovery and / or owner's decision to repair or not repair the product. You can check on warranty status of your product by sending the product serial number and a short message to order@lviamerica.com.
