A completed form must be submitted in order to be fully verified and added to the potential adopter list - do not use an alias or an unverifiable address, as that will result in your form being declined. You will be contacted via email/text with the opportunity to be placed in queue for current or future litters. A video visit is available to see the kitten you chose prior to reservation/deposit/contract signing.
