  • Thank you for your interest in the Forum for Forest Executives, an event for leaders of forest businesses in the tropics – to lift and connect leadership, reduce business risk, and create more forest investment success stories in the tropics.

    Below you will find high level information about the event and what to expect. Please complete and submit the application form that follows if you would like to participate.

    The Early Bird application window is from February 9th to February 23rd 2023.

  • Event Information

    Date: The Forum will commence on the evening of Monday May 1st and run until the afternoon of Thursday May 4th

    Venue: Lago Maggiore, Italy at Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees & Spa

    Lead Facilitator: Shauna Matkovich

    Lead Executive Coach: Rita Jupe

    Leadership Trainers: TBD, will be confirmed upon review of participant needs

  • What To Expect

    The program will start the evening before the scheduled program with a group dinner to get acquainted.

    The first two days of the program will each run approximately 8-hours, with the third and final day, finishing mid-afternoon.

    Participants will benefit from a distinctive program that combines:

    • Peer-to-peer learning and insights, focusing on industry trends, challenges and opportunities
    • Advanced leadership skill workshops tailored to participants’ professional and business goals
    • Executive coaching (group format and for individuals)
    • Social and industry-specific activities

    The full agenda will be circulated before the Forum.

  • Application

    The purpose of this application is to gather the information needed to build a Forum that will support a deep and open peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and leadership development program.

    The following questions are to ensure that you, as a participating executive, gain the most from attending the Forum. The information will be used to curate participant groups among applicants, so that you have the best chance at making strong connections and experience a competition-free environment for open discussion. The aim will be to build a group that achieves a balance of similarities and differences among participants. If the fit is not right for the May 2023 Forum, you will be invited to join the next one.

    All information provided in this application is treated confidentially. Upon your acceptance to the Forum, your name, title, company and Bio will be shared with other participants. The Forum team will have access to the information to design the event.

  • Price and Inclusions

    The Early bird price for the Forum is EUR 9,900. After February 23rd, the price is EUR 11,900.

    The following is included in your investment and time commitment:

    • Executive coaching and professional leadership training in a customized program, balancing participants’ needs
    • Transfer to and from Hotel (Milan airports or Central Station)
    • 3 nights stay (1-4 May 2023) in the Regina Palace Hotel
    • Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks
    • 1 full day (or 2 half day) industry relevant excursions
