  • 2023 Jadin Wong Fellowship for Dance Application

    The Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) is pleased to announce the 2023 application cycle for the Jadin Wong Fellowship in Dance/Choreography. The fellowship will be awarded to an individual who is:

    • of Asian descent
    • 30 years of age or younger (born May 1, 1993 or later)
    • a resident of New York City & primarily based in NYC during the fellowship period (May - Dec 2023)
    • not currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program
    • a dancer/choreographer with a portfolio of original performative & choreographic work
    • seeking to impact the Asian American community
    • will benefit from the 8-month fellowship including $6,000 stipend, artistic & career mentorship, and additional technical support

    The fellowship includes a $6,000 unrestricted cash grant, artistic mentorship, leadership/career mentorship, and a curated program/presentation of your work.

    Please submit three recent (within the past 4 years) video work samples that demonstrate your best performance and choreographic work. Each sample should be no more than 4 minutes in length. Include time stamps to direct which portions of each work sample the panel should review.
