MEAN GIRLS AUDITION FORM

Sign-in will begin at 5:30pm. Auditions will begin at 6pm.
You can sign in until 8pm.

Please note that the earlier you sign-in, the earlier you will audition.

ALL STUDENTS 18 & UNDER NEED TO HAVE AN ADULT PRESENT AT AUDITIONS TO SIGN RELEASE FORMS.

Rehearsal & Attendance Information
Please List all conflicts between April 1st and the performance dates and whether they are flexible or not. Attendance is mandatory for rehearsals and performances. Please list any scheduling conflicts.

Conflicts are taken into consideration during casting as we want the strongest show we can have! Please note that any conflicts added after this sheet may not be honored.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL HAVE MANDATORY REHEARSALS IN JULY . THESE ARE NOT FLEXIBLE.

ALL SHOWS ARE REQUIRED.

Important Note: Regardless of the reason, excused or unexcused, if a cast member misses rehearsal (or is late for rehearsal or leaves rehearsal early), he/she may be cut from any scenes that were rehearsed that day. This is not a punishment, it is simply a natural consequence of the pace of our rehearsal schedule. New material is learned each week and then we move on. We may not have the time to back up and re-teach material for cast members who were not present.

ALL CAST MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE FINAL THREE WEEKS OF REHEARSAL/TECH.

Rehearsals will be Monday-Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm. Saturday Mornings from 10 am-3 pm. Sunday afternoon rehearsals may be added as rehearsals progress. Tech week rehearsals will go until 10 pm.

Parent Volunteer Commitment

If under the age of 18: One parent per family is required to volunteer to work 3-5 shifts per run of the show on show days, work on set/costumes and many other things. If you choose to not volunteer, you can Buy Out of volunteering by paying $150. Volunteer spots will be available at the first meeting.
I will volunteer to work with The PACTI would like to Buy Out of volunteer hours for an additional $150

Production Fees
SHOW FEE: $375 (for those 18 years & younger)

EXTRA FEE:
Yearly Registration (Summer 2022-Spring 2023): $25.00

Payment Plan
We are happy to work with families to pay the Production Fee payment in installments. The software is set up to do this automatically, though we ask that families pay as soon as possible but no later than the posted due dates on the calendar page.

Payment 1 -- $125.00 due May 1, 2023
Payment 2 -- $125.00 due June 1, 2023
Payment 3 -- $125.00 due July 1, 2023

Those ages 18 and up:
There is not a production fee for adults. However, there will be a costume fee depending on where you are cast, for more info email info@thepactmobile.com!
