The Adventure Season Pass now includes access to day use and boat ramp facilities. After we receive your application and process the payment, your Adventure Season Pass will be mailed to the address below.

1. The Adventure Season Pass Holders agree to launch only their household’s personal watercraft. You may not launch multiple and /or unowned watercrafts for the benefit of a friend, family member, or business. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT LAUNCHING OUTSIDE OF THESE GUIDELINES, FOR A BUSINESS OR SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF THIS APPLICABLE AGREEMENT, YOUR PASS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED AND OTHER PENALTIES MAY APPLY.
2. The Boating and/or Day Use Area access will be obtained only by the display of the vehicle window decal. The decal must be visible at all times, properly attached inside the windshield in the bottom driver-side corner using supplied adhesive by wetting the window and pass.The pass must be visible at all times. If the pass is not visible, day use/boat launch fees will apply. Taping or alternative attachment other than the decal itself, or alteration to decal, is prohibited and will result in immediate pass revocation.
3. Applicant agrees that the decal is issued to one designated vehicle and up to two pass holders, and a pass holder must be present at the time of use. UR reserves the right to check for ID at any time to verify passholder identity. Applicant agrees the pass may not be loaned, sold, or transferred to any other person.
4. The Adventure Season Pass (decal) remains the property of Utah Recreation (UR). Applicant agrees that the original Adventure Pass decal must be surrendered to be eligible for the replacement. Applicant understands that lost or destroyed decals will NOT be replaced, and applicant understands a new pass will need to purchased at full price to continue use of the facilities.
5. The Adventure Season Pass is valid only at Utah Recreation - operated facilities and only for the year in which it was issued. This pass expires on 12/31/2026. The Adventure Season Pass is limited to the boat launch and day-use facilities. Additional fees may apply and will be collected on-site.
6. Applicant agrees the designated vehicle must be parked only in a marked parking area or other designated zones. Vehicles parked illegally, obstructing traffic, or left unattended on the launch ramp may be towed at the owner's expense.
7. Use of the facilities is NOT guaranteed and is dependent on weather, safety conditions, and capacity. All boat ramps and day-use areas operate on a first-come first-served basis.
8.Applicant agrees that violation of any of these terms will result in immediate surrender of the pass without refund. Applicant understands and agrees that UR may refuse to issue further passes to individuals whose passes have been revoked. Utah Recreation follows a policy prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, national origin, gender, religion, or handicapping conditions.
9. Utah Recreation is not responsible for accident, injury, property damage, or loss of valuables resulting from the use of this pass. The pass holder assumes full responsibility for the conduct and action of all members of their party.
10. Applicant agrees that dogs or other animals may not be left unattended in vehicles at any Utah Recreation – operated facility, especially during warm or cold weather. Animals left unattended in vehicles may result in immediate contact with law enforcement or animal control and may lead to pass revocation without refund.
11. The Adventure Season Pass is NOT eligible for any discounts. This includes, but not limited to, Federal passport, disability, military, senior, veteran, or any other promotional or fee-reduction program.
