Application for the Adventure Season Pass.

The Adventure Season Pass now includes access to day use and boat ramp facilities. After we receive your application and process the payment, your season pass will be mailed to the address below or can be picked up at URC Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, UT.

1. 1. The Adventure Season Pass Holders agree to launch only their household’s personal watercraft. You may not launch multiple and /or unowned watercrafts for the benefit of a friend, family member, or business. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT LAUNCHING OUTSIDE OF THESE GUIDELINES, FOR A BUSINESS OR SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF THIS APPLICABLE AGREEMENT, YOUR PASS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REVOKED AND OTHER PENALTIES MAY APPLY.

2. The Adventure Season Pass permits the access of one vehicle or vehicle combination (boat and trailer) at any one time. The vehicle must display the pass. Said vehicle or vehicle combination must be listed on this application and the registered owner must be the applicant. Vehicle or vehicle combination must be identified by make, color, license plate number, and state.

3. The Boating and/or Day Use Area access will be obtained by the display of the vehicle window decal. The decal must be visible, attached inside the windshield in the bottom driver side corner using supplied adhesive. The pass must be visible at all times, otherwise day use/boat launch fees will apply. Taping or alternative attachment other than the decal itself, or alteration to decal, is prohibited and your pass will be immediately revoked.

4. Applicant agrees that the decal is issued to a designated one vehicle and up to two pass holders, and a pass holder must be present at the time of use. UR reserves the right to check for ID to verify pass holder identity at any time. Applicant agrees that he/she will not loan, sell, or in any way assign to any other person.

5. The Adventure Season Pass (decal) is the property of Utah Recreation (UR). Applicant must provide UR with the original Adventure Pass to be eligible for the replacement. Applicant understands that lost or destroyed decals will not be replaced and applicant will need to purchase a new Adventure Pass at full price to continue use of the facilities.

6. The Adventure Season Pass is good only at Utah Recreation - operated facilities. Pass is only good for the year in which it was issued. (Pass will expire 12/31/2025) The Adventure Season Pass is limited to the boat launch and day-use facilities. Additional fees (if applicable) will apply and will be collected on-site.

7. Applicant hereby agrees that the designated vehicle will be parked in a marked parking area or other such designated zones in the boat launching and/or day use areas. Vehicles parked illegally or in such a way as to impede traffic or any vehicle left unattended on the boat launch ramp may be towed at the owner’s expense.

8. Use of the facilities is not guaranteed to pass holder and is dependent on weather, safety, and capacity. Use of the boat ramps and day-use areas are first-come first-serve.

9. Applicant hereby agrees that if conditions set forth above are violated, the Boating/Day-Use Areas Adventure Pass will immediately be surrendered upon demand by UR without refund. Applicant understands and agrees that UR may refuse to issue further passes to persons from whom pass use has been revoked. The policy prohibits discrimination because of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, or handicapping conditions

10. Utah Recreation is not responsible for accident or injury to any person or property resulting in the use of this pass and is not responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. The user of this pass assumes complete responsibility for the conduct and action of all members of his/her party.

11. The Adventure Season Pass is not subject to the Federal Passport Discount.
