Rules & Regulations ***PLEASE READ***

1. All Sponsorship opportunites are filled on a First Come First Serve Bases.

2. Form submission & payment submission are needed to secure your spot.

3. In order to provide the best experience for our guests we want to make sure everything is setup & ready to go at least 30 min prior.

4. The expectation is for all vendors & sponsors to arrive to the venue ONE Hour prior to the event start time to setup. Guests will start arriving about 30 min prior to the event start time.

4. If you show up at the time the event is scheduled to begin your Sponsorship Opportunity will be forfeited & NO REFUND will be provided.

5. No Refunds, No Exceptions
