    • Below select the time slots for the positions and dates you want to volunteer for. NOTE: You are required to volunteer for the time slot(s) chosen so read the dates and descriptions carefully.  

    • Set-Up

      Dress Code: Casual
    • Thursday, Feb. 23rd Description: Assist with name tags/envelopes, etc. Location: Sears Bldg. Room 229
    • Monday, Feb. 27th Description: Assist with name tags/envelopes, etc. Location: Sears Bldg. Room 229
    • Thursday, March 2nd Description: Assist with Expo set-up in Veale Athletic & Convocation Center

    • Breakdown

      Dress code: Casual 
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Assist with the Expo breakdown in Veale Athletic & Convocation Center

    • Greeters

      Dress code: Dress appropriately for the weather, as this position works outside. 
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Students will be stationed outside of the Veale parking garage. Assist with unloading employer items and escorting them to Veale Athletic & Convocation Center.

    • Guide

      Dress code: Professional
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Will stand inside of Veale, next to the Employer Check In table. Escort employers from check-in table to their respective tables (offer assistance with setup, if needed).

    • Floaters

      Dress Code: Professional
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Will be inside Veale and report to the Volunteer Check In table. Assist employers with breaks, getting items, manning booths, etc. DO NOT NETWORK WITH EMPLOYERS; Must report back to volunteer check-in every 10 mins.

    • Student Check-In

      Dress Code: Professional
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Students will be inside Veale. Assists with student check-in support of PGPEE at Expo.

    • Volunteer Check-in

      Dress Code: Professional
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Students will be inside Veale. Assists with volunteer check-in support of PGPEE at Expo.

    • Volunteer Lunch Monitor

      Dress Code: Professional
    • Friday, March 3rd Description: Students will be inside Veale. Students will monitor the volunteer lunch area and collect lunch tickets.
