How we will use these insights
We would like to better understand age and disability-inclusive customer experiences so we can see patterns of product or service outcomes across different needs groups, regions, industries, or channels. We will use this to help deepen understanding and catalyse progress.
We will share positive experiences associated with the brand / organisation’s name so that you can share what worked well with others who have needs like yours. This may help people across our community more easily find good solutions.
We won’t share negative experiences publicly with the associated brand name. Where we have a relationship with the brand, we will share the feedback directly to them to help them improve. We will also use the growing pool of insights to build up a deeper understanding of the impact of poor customer experiences. This can help improve awareness of current levels of exclusion and support positive, practical change.
